Quixjote's Computers

Quixjote's Computers has undergone many changes over the years in an effort to best determine how we are going to support our community. With this we have determined that we are not going to be covering major programming projects or "New" site projects. We are also not going to be providing more than "optimization" for prefabricated computer systems such as HP, Dell, etc. The amount of effort to troubleshoot these systems with our current means is too large at this time unless we have ALL of the required components to perform all of the tasks that may need to be completed.

However, if you need someone to give you some pointers on your site, we can do that. We also will perform updates for you if you would like, or just need more time to work on other projects. Lastly, we can custom design computers for you and will provide cost effective maintenance for those machines.

To help keep things simplified, all of our general hourly services are $35 per hour, training is $15 per hour, general website news updates are $10 per item. Anything in units of 10 or more get 10% off the price.

Quixjote's Advertising

Quixjote's Advertising is being simplified as well. A dedicated page is being set up just as a digital cork board for business cards. Each 300 pixel by 200 pixel block on our advertising page will be $5.00 a month, or $50.00 per year if you buy a year at once. We also have Premium Advertising Spots near the Top of the Page for people that want a little better location for their ad. Check our Ad Page and Call for further details.

Coyote Card Den

Coyote Card Den is part of the reason that Quixjote's Computers opted to have a commercial location within Newberg. A few years back, Newberg lost a fun game shop: Camelot Games. It was a fun and safe environment for people to hang out and play games or relax from the world around them.

Well, Admittedly, Quixjote's Computers took too long to get this portion of the dream realized, and now only a few blocks away there is another game shop: "Game On!". I am happy for this, and for them. However, my dream still remains to have a safe haven for people that wish to hang out and have some fun.

To help with this, Quixjote's Computers is now DCI sanctioned, so we can host DCI events (Such as Rated Magic: The Gathering and D&D Events. Keep an eye on our news feed to be alerted of future events.

Quixjote's Lawn Care

Quixjote's Lawn Care is really our first venture outside of the "Nerd" realm. Our goal is to provide quality Lawn Care service at reasonable rates for our neighbors in Newberg and Surrounding areas. Whether you need Mowing, Edging, Trimming, Hedging, Blowing, Bagging or many other assortment of services, come and check us out. Many small lawn houses can be completed for as low as $15. Call us with your address and we will come out and quote your property.

Alright, although I may not be the best person to write game reviews, i am the only one on this site currently able to do so. Among other things, I enjoy playing video and computer games and enjoy most genres. My goal here will be to provide the best review I can while being fair to the games themselves.

Shakes & Fidget: The Game

Genre: RPG (Fo-MMO)
Cost: Free With Premium Options
Time Requirement: 30 Min to 8 Hours a day

The Good: This game is very light hearted. All of the armor and items have fun names to reflect the character stats that they represent. You may get an item that is "of the Chubby" to reflect if something helps your characters health, or "of the Unlucky" if it directly affects your Luck stat.

The Okay: Quests in this game are completed based on time. You accept a quest in the Tavern, and each quest has a time allotment, which also affects your "Thirst for Adventure". During the time that you are working on this Single quest, you cannot really do much more than visit the Weapon or Magic shop, or other utility places like the Guild Hall. At the end of the Timer count-down, you fight one creature in a Pokemon-esq fashion, but have not abilities that you can throw into the mix, and if you win, you get your reward.

The Bad: Even though this is a free game, there are features in this game that if you wish to partake of, you need to have Premium "Mushrooms" to utilize. Granted the Mushrooms are cheep, but with how rarely you find mushrooms in quests, you would need to at least spend $5.00 once a month on these mushrooms.
