Quixjote's Computers will never distribute or sell any information of their clients. Period.

Service Refund Policy

Our services and programming are backed by a 60 day money-back guarentee! If you are not satisfied with your level of service by Quixjote's Computers within 60 days from the date of purchase, let us know!

If you let us know within 60 days of purchase, we will refund up to the full amount of the cost. Because of our discounted rates, pre-paid time packages can be refunded up to half of the original transaction amount, or up to the un-used portion of service, whichever is greater.

After 60 days from the date of sale, un-used portions of pre-paid services can be refunded. Clients can request a refund for the un-used amount up to the 6th month aniversary of the transaction.

Refund Policy Update Regarding Pre-Paid Time Packages: 2/1/2010
Effective for Packages Bought On or After 12/1/2009

Refunds on Pre-Paid Time Packages will be determined on the cost of equivalent time packages. If a 40-hour time package($980) is purchased, and a user cancels a contract after only 34 hours and requests a refund for the un-used time, the cost of equivalent packages to get to 34 hours will first be determined. In this case, it will be treated as the customer purchasing one 20-Hour Package($560), one 10-Hour Package($315), and 4 independent hours of service ($140). In this case, if the customer chooses to get a refund at 34 hours, they would actually owe money to Quixjote’s Computers ($35 to be exact) because as stated for our prepaid time packages, they are meant act as an agreement that the customer will use that much time, which is why the price is discounted as much as it is. Of course, we do not retro-actively bill clients after an agreed upon amount, so they would not be charged, but they would not have any time left eligible towards a refund.

However, If a client purchased our 40-Hour Time Package ($980) and only used 24 hours and then requested a refund, they would be entitled to $280.

The break-even point on a 40 Hour Time Package is 33 Hours.
